How my online coaching works
Step 1 – Interest form
You start by filling out the interest form above.
This helps me understand your goals, background and what you’re looking for.
If I feel we’re a good match, I’ll get back to you to book a free consultation call at a time that suits you.
Step 2 – Free consultation
During the call, we talk through your goals, challenges and expectations.
You’ll also get a clear picture of how my coaching works and what different setups I offer.
If we both feel it’s a good fit, we agree on a coaching structure that’s tailored specifically to you.
Step 3 – Onboarding & setup
After the call, you’ll receive a link to create your account in the coaching app.
Inside the app, you’ll answer a detailed onboarding questionnaire that gives me everything I need to build your plan – including training history, lifestyle, preferences and goals.
Based on this, I personally create your custom training and nutrition setup.
Step 4 – Coaching & support
You’ll have direct access to me via in-app chat, and we do weekly check-ins to continuously adjust and optimize your plan.
You can:
Follow your workouts directly in the app
Watch exercise explanations in video & text
Track your training, habits, and progress
Get ongoing feedback and guidance throughout your journey

About me
Hey strong queens!
I’m Jennifer Hasselblom – a Scandinavian certified online coach, born and proudly raised on Sweden’s west coast (where the sea air builds grit… and apparently great hair volume). In 2025, I swapped the chilly Stockholm skyline for Bali’s sunshine – and yes, my glutes made it through airport security.
I got my personal trainer license back in 2018, and since then I’ve built experience through in-person coaching, connecting with people in the fitness world, and learning from my own years under the bar.
My approach isn’t about quick fixes – it’s about creating sustainable habits and results that actually last. I combine evidence-based methods with real-life experience to build programs that are effective, enjoyable, and tailored to you.
Glute workouts and protein-packed dinners are basically my love language. Sure, I’m the glute whisperer – but don’t get it twisted. Strength, confidence, mindset, and consistency matter just as much.
