Once we agree on a setup, you’ll get access to the app and your personalised plan.
You’ll have direct access to me via in-app chat, along with weekly check-ins to keep you accountable and make sure you’re actually moving forward.
You’re not doing this on your own —
you have structure, support, and someone making sure you stay consistent.
